Local Device Storage:

• You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data

iCloud Storage (Optional):

• If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your financial data may be stored in your personal iCloud account
• This is entirely optional and under your control
• We do not have access to your iCloud account or the data stored there
• iCloud storage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy

AI-Powered Features

How AI Analysis Works

When you request AI-powered advice or analysis (such as “How much can I afford for a new car?” or “How much should I save each month?”), the following occurs:

1. Data Transmission: Relevant transaction data is sent from your device to AI Strategy LLC servers for processing
2. Processing: Our AI systems analyze your data and generate personalized financial advice
3. Response: The analysis results are sent back to your device
4. Deletion: Your data is immediately deleted from our servers after processing is complete

No Storage: Your financial data is processed in real-time and is never stored on our servers, even temporarily in a database.

No Training: Your data is never used to train artificial intelligence models or improve our algorithms. Your financial information remains private and is not used to benefit other users or for any other purpose.

Third-Party AI Services

Our App uses third-party artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to provide AI-powered financial advice. When you use AI features:

• Your financial data may be transmitted through these third-party services for processing
• These services process your data according to their privacy policies and do not store your data
• We have configured these services to not use your data for training their AI models

Bank Account Connections

Our App offers the ability to connect to your bank accounts:

• We use secure, industry-standard third-party services (such as Plaid) to facilitate read-only connections to your financial institutions
• We never receive or store your banking credentials (username and password)
• Transaction data retrieved from your bank is stored only on your device or your iCloud account
• You can disconnect your bank accounts at any time
